Decklist Registration
We have a 2-tiered system for decklist submissions. Decklists are to be submitted through TCG+. This is now enabled and if you're in the TCG+ event, you can now submit your decklist there.
We also ask players to submit their shipping information through the Google Form Submission form below.
Failure to complete the shipping form below may mean that you won't receive your participation and prizing. So please make sure to submit your paperwork before the deadline.
Failure to submit your decklist before 9:00 AM EST February 22nd will result in the player being dropped in round 1.

The cost for this event is $30.00 USD

All players will have 30 days from the end of an event to reach out and alert us to a problem with receiving prizing. Following that 30 day period, any players who have not reached out by that will not be able to receive assistance with any outstanding prizing. The cause for delay- whether that is due to providing an inaccurate or incomplete address when your ticket was purchased, delays from the shipper, or any other cause. Players will need to be certain that they are inputting their personal information into the appropriate fields completely and accurately.

Event Format
This Event will be hosted using the Swiss format. With a 512 player capacity, we will host a maximum of 8 total rounds. There will be no top cut. This event will be a BO3 (best of three). The round timer is 50 min + 5 minutes of overtime end of match procedures.

We will begin each round every hour, on the hour. Players who do not show up for a round will be dropped with no opportunity for re-entry.

Registration platform
Carta Magica will be using the Best Coast Pairings for signing up we'll be importing all players into TCG+ to run the event for the Digimon Card Game Online Ultimate Cup being held February 22nd. The registration link will direct you to the payment page on the Best Coast Pairings website.
Players will be able to view pairings, report match results and see the final standings of the event through the BCP website.

Judge applications
If you're interested to judge for the event, please feel free to complete the google form in the button below this. Please note that not all applicants will be approved. We will be notifying judges no later then February 1st if they're selected as a judge for the event.
