Decklist Registration
This is going to be a 2-tiered decklist submission. We are enabling the decklist submission through TCG+. We will also be requiring shipping information to be submitted through our Google Forms in order to get players to receive their participation items and prizing for this event. The reason for a secondary shipping form is so that players can have their most up to date shipping information given as close to the main event as possible.
The shipping form will be opened on May 5th when we send our FAQ to all players. Decklist submission will be opened on May 1st, 2025 through TCG+
Players may only play and submit a decklist of a deck they currently have built with official One Piece Card Game cards. Players are REQUIRED TO SUBMIT THEIR DECKLIST THROUGH TCG+
Failure to submit this info before 10:00 PM EST on May 9th, 2025 will result in the player being dropped in round 1.

This Event will be hosted using the Swiss format, best of 1 games, 35-Minute rounds + 5 min overtime. There will NO TOP CUT. With a 1024 player capacity, we will host a maximum of 10 total rounds or until we have a single undefeated.

As of 2025, all players will have 30 days from the end of an event to reach out and alert us to a problem with receiving prizing. Following that 30 day period, any players who have not reached out by that will not be able to receive assistance with any outstanding prizing. The cause for delay- whether that is due to providing an inaccurate or incomplete address when your ticket was purchased, delays from the shipper, or any other cause. Players will need to be certain that they are inputting their personal information into the appropriate fields completely and accurately. Event Software
Please note that we have migrated the BCP event to TCG+. We will be using TCG+ to run this event. Players who've been migrated can check their TCG+ event in the "My Events" section of the TCG+ MOBILE APP. Please make sure to remove the default USA in the location filter to see the event (This event was created in Canada, and this is an Online event).

Waitlist information
We'd like to inform players about our waitlist protocols in an efforts to clear up any questions. The waitlist box below will only open once registration has been sold out (or in the event there's a few remaining spots due to the line queue for purchasing tickets and will not be opened beforehand).
As players drop from the event before the refund deadline, players will be contacted from the waitlist in the order which their forms were received. They will have a specific amount of time to send payment and should this time period not be respected, they will forfit their waitlist spot and we will proceed to the next player in the waitlist.
Once the refund window has closed on May 2nd at 11:59 PM EST, we will be sending a waitlist email to all remaining players on the waitlist. Carta Magica will be specifying waitlist instructions on how players will be able to sign up with a waitlist event link the following morning. Any players who manage to get in from the waitlist must make sure to have their decklists ready in TCG+ to ensure we do not have any delays in starting the tournament on time.
