Registration for this event will be done through here. 

Please note this event is capped at 512 players. 
Registration for our event will open up January 21st. Players MUST purchase their Lvl Up Expo to enter the gaming hall in advance. These tickets are available for purchase. 

Lvl Up Expo Badge Registration

All participants who would like to participate in our events must acquire badge which allows them entry into the convention center. Please click the button below to purchase your Lvl Up Expo Badge. You'll be redirected to their eventbrite page. 

Decklist Registration

This event will require decklist submissions. In order to make sure we keep things as paperless as possible, players will need to submit an online decklist for this event. Decklist registration will open February 1, 2022 and the deadline to submit your decklist is February 25th.
Failure to submit your decklist before 10:00 PM PST on February 25th, 2022 will result in the player being dropped in round 1.

Event Format

This Event will be hosted using the Swiss format, best of 3 games, 50 Minute rounds with 5 additional minutes of overtime. With a 512 player capacity, we will host a maximum of 9 total rounds, or until we have a single undefeated. There will be no top cut playoff for this event. Side decks will not be utilized for this event.

Event Timeline

We will begin each round every hour, on the hour. Players who do not show up for a round will be dropped with no opportunity for re-entry. 
Round 1 - 10:00 AM PST
Round 2 - 11:00 AM PST
Round 3 - 12:00 PM PST
Round 4 - 1:00 PM PST
Round 5 - 2:00 PM PST
Round 6 - 3:00 PM PST
Round 7 - 4:00 PM PST
Round 8 - 5:00 PM PST
Round 9 - 6:00 PM PST (If needed)
Pairings will be posted in your player portal (link to be provided). Players MUST report the results inside the player portal within 55 minutes of the start time. 
Any results not reported within this time, will result in Double Game Loss and players will be dropped from the event.

BCC NUMBER

In order for players to participate in either the Online Championship, you must have a valid BCC Number. If you do not have one, please click the button below and sign up. 

Covid-19 Considerations

The situation with Covid-19 is constantly evolving. In the event that there are any cancellations of the convention due to Covid-19, these events will be moved to our Discord Server and become an online event. We would offer full reimbursements on tournament event tickets to those affected by any possible changes. For any other reimbursements to convention tickets or accommodations, it will be the customers responsibility to contact the respective parties for reimbursement.
