Decklist Registration
Players may only play and submit a decklist of a deck they currently have built with official One Piece Card Game. An image of this deck must be sent via google doc.
Failure to submit this info before 9:00 AM on August 18th, 2024 will result in the player being dropped in round 1.

Event Format
This Event will be hosted using the Swiss format, best of 1. 30 Minute rounds with 5 additional minutes of overtime. With a 128 player capacity, we will host 7 total rounds, or until we have a single undefeated. There will be no top cut playoff for this event.
Event Timeline
We will begin each round every hour, on the hour. Players who do not show up for a round will be dropped with no opportunity for re-entry.

Round 2 - 11:40 AM EST
Round 3 - 12:20 PM EST
Round 4 - 1:00 PM EST
Round 5 - 1:40 PM EST
Round 6 - 2:20 PM EST
Round 7 - 3:00 PM EST (If needed)
Pairings will be posted in your player portal (link to be provided). Players MUST report the results inside the player portal within 40 minutes of the start time.
Any results not reported within this time, will result in Double Game Loss and players will be dropped from the event.

A: The convention game room opens up at 10:00 AM EST. We will have pairings go live at 10:45 AM EST. We will then follow up with our announcements for the day and begin the event promptly at 11:00 AM EST.

A: You are able to resubmit your decklist at any time before the decklist deadline. The newest submission will take precedence over older submissions.

A: We will begin distributing participation items during the announcements at the beginning of the event. It is important that all players must remain seated until they have received their participation items.

Please make sure to provide your irl name and bcp email associated with your account. We will work with tech support to ensure everything is working correctly. At the very worst case, we have a scorekeeper on site able to assist during the event.
