Currently the event is only open to Canadians. This event is limited to 48 players. Cost of entry will be $30.00 CAD. When registering for the event, please make sure to select "Event Registration" so that no additional charges are done for shipping.

Format
This event is going to be a Blitz format event. Here's a quick summary on what a Blitz Deck/Format looks like:
40 card deck (no more, no less)
11 inventory slots (weapons and equipment)
1 young hero card
2 copies of each unique card allowed
30 minutes per round, best of 1
This event is being run through our discord server. Players may ONLY use webcam play for this event. No other platform will be used as an option for this event. Please ensure you prepare accordingly to avoid penalty.

Participation prizes
Due to the limited amount of promos available, the players will be selected randomly at the end of the event to receive these items through a random number generator. You must be present at the end of the event to qualify for these promotions and still active within the tournament. For those who do not receive one of these Rainbow Foil Extended Art promos at the end of the event, we will be giving an previous armory kit promo to fill the void of due to the limited amount of Extended Art Promos available and the amount of players that wish to participate.
On top of the promos, we will be giving 2 booster packs of Monarch Unlimited as entry packs per player.

There will be 12x Rainbow Foil Extended Art - Blasmophet, the Soul Harvester & 12x Rainbow Foil Extended Art - Ursur, the Soul Reaper given out
For online events, the prizes are being randomly awarded as participation prizes rather than as performance prizes, due to the difficulty of policing unsporting conduct over webcam. Because it may not be feasible for players to get to stores to collect their prizes in the current environment, Flesh and Blood will be sending playmat and cold-foil prizes directly to players instead. Players will need to have a current email and physical address registered in GEM in order to enter the draw to win a participation prize.
For each player registered, we will be throwing in 1 booster pack of Monarch Unlimited per player into the prize pool.
Booster pack prizes will be distributed among the top cut players. Here's how they will be distributed to the players:
1st: 30%
2nd: 20%
3rd/4th: 15%
5th - 8th: 5%
Prizes will be shipped at the conclusion of the event (This is assuming we have received the Rainbow Foil Extended Art promos, if not they will be shipped out once the promos arrive in store).

Decklist registration will be required for the event. This can be sent through online deck builders or typed out and pm-ed to Carta Magica - Alexander through Discord.

Event Format
This Event will be hosted using the single game, Swiss format, Single Game, 30 Minute rounds. With a 48 player capacity, we will host a maximum of 6 total rounds, or until we have a single undefeated. There will be a top cut for this event.

We will begin each round every hour, on the hour. Players who do not show up for a round will be dropped with no opportunity for re-entry.
