Registration / Checkin Time: We will be opening the hall at 8:30 AM EST to the general public. Players will be able to checkin at that time until 9:30 AM EST. Players will be able to check-in with a valid photo ID.

The Current player cap is 200 players. If we exceed capacity by May 18th, we will be able to expand up to 300 players.

We're officially opened for Pre-Registration for this event. Players can click the button below to pre-register. If the support from the community hits the player cap, we will expand our space for the event to Hall B. 

When registering for the event, please make sure to include your cossy number in the notes at the end of the checkout counter.

Decklist registration 

Players have the option to submit their decklist in-person, however they are heavily encouraged to submit the decklist online. If you registered online and would rather submit your deck list in person, you will have until 9:30 to submit your deck list in person.

Event Format

This Event will be a best 2 out of 3 format. This is a swiss tournament format and there will be no top cut for this event unless specifically specified.

Here is a tentative schedule for the  regional event  Players who do not show up for a round will be dropped with no opportunity for re-entry.

Pairings will be posted in "tournament-announcements" section of our Discord channel. Players MUST report the results inside the "match-results" section.
Any results not reported within this time, will result in Double Game Loss and players will be dropped from the event.

Dragon Duel

Dragon duels is a special tournament for those duelists born within the calendar year requirements. The current year which duelists are able to participate in Dragon Duels is 2009. Cost of entry is free to anyone who participates in the Dragon Duel. To register, Dragon Duelists must complete an official decklist sheet and registration form. A parent or guardian must sign the registration sheet. Once the documents are completed, the documents are to be submitted in our official paperwork submission form above. The tentative start time for this event is 12:00 PM EST. 

Win-a-Mat side event

We will be hosting a win-a-mat side event. This is scheduled to begin at 1:00 PM EST. Cost of entry will be $19.00. Players will receive 3 DIFO booster packs on entry. These events will be held on site and registration will be handled at that time. 

Cossy Number

In order for players to participate in either the Remote Duels, you must have a valid Cossy Number. If you do not have one, not to worry. We have plenty of numbers available and we will give you the number. The card will then be made available for pickup with your tournament participation booster packs / prize packs.
